The Construction Lawyers Society of America's 2026 International Conference & Induction of Fellows will be held October 21-23, 2026, at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, on the outskirts of Yellowstone, in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
The conference is designed for esteemed Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America to enhance their already superior construction law skills; to address practical issues and topics challenging lawyers engaged of all aspects of construction and development; to amplify methods and approaches used by construction lawyers and alternative dispute resolution professionals in today's rapidly changing legal environment; and to afford each attorney the opportunity to hear from and interact with some of the finest construction lawyers and experts from North America and around the world. Participants will be provided with advanced tools for continued success and expertise in construction law, trial techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, case evaluations, and marketing, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
New Fellows of the CLSA will be formally inducted into the society during the black-tie Induction of Fellows Gala on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The conference will also give Fellows the opportunity to network with other distinguished construction attorneys from across North America, earn CLE credit, and enjoy the majesty and charm of historic Jackson Hole.
Approximately 8 hours of CLE credit will be requested, including at least 1 hour of ethics credit. Certificates of Attendance will be provided to each attendee at the conclusion of the General Session.

Rates will be honored three (3) days pre-conference and three (3) days post-conference, based on availability at time of reservation. If room block capacity is reached on or before August 20th, the CLSA rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of the reservation. Gratuity for bellmen, doormen, and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the resort service charge.

The CLSA conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Friday, July 31, 2026. Cancellations received between August 1, 2026 and August 20, 2026, will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future CLSA event.
