The CLSA 2023 International Conference & Induction of Fellows will be held November 1-3, 2023, at the beautiful Montage Palmetto Bluff, in the low country of South Carolina. The conference is designed for Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America to enhance their already superior transactional, negotiation, and legal skills; to address practical issues and topics challenging lawyers engaged of all aspects of construction and development; to amplify methods and approaches used by construction lawyers and alternative dispute resolution professionals in today's changing legal environment; and to afford each individual the opportunity to hear from and interact with some of the finest construction lawyers from North America and around the world.
Participants will be provided with advanced tools for continued success and expertise in construction law, trial techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, case evaluations and marketing, as well as negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. New Fellows of the CLSA will be formally inducted into the society during the black-tie Induction of Fellows Gala on Thursday, November 2, 2023. The conference will also give Fellows the opportunity to network with other distinguished construction attorneys from across North America, earn CLE credit, and enjoy the beauty and splendor of South Carolina.
Approximately 8 hours of CLE credit will be requested, including at least 1 hour of ethics credit. Certificates of Attendance will be provided to each attendee at the conclusion of the General Session.

CLSA'S CANCELLATION POLICY
The CLSA conference registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before Friday, September 1, 2023. Cancellations received between September 2 and October 2, 2023, will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, OR the total fee may be credited to a future CLSA event. Due to the financial commitments made to the Resort by the CLSA, cancellations received on or after Tuesday, October 3, 2023, are non-refundable.

The CLSA offers Fellows and their firms the opportunity to sponsor events (breakfasts, breaks, cocktail receptions, etc.) at its conferences and special events.
